Our Leaders

Brindabella's Leadership Structure consists of Staff, Elders and a Management Team.

Management Team

The Management Team provides oversight of all of the ministries and strategies being undertaken within the church community.  They look after the day to day management tasks.  Each leader of the management team has an area of ministry to oversee. These areas are: Operations Management, Treasurer, Pastoral Care, Outreach and Mission, Youth and Children, Creative Arts and Ministry.  Leadership is provided to groups of ministry team leaders, who in turn focus on particular individual ministries. Each individual ministry is directed at a particular part of our vision which is:  By faith, we take risks: loving God, Others and each other, expanding the Kingdom of God.

Elders

The practice at Brindabella Baptist Church is to affirm elders for a period of 2 years.  They are concerned primarily with the spiritual wellbeing of the church, its long term vision and strategic direction.  They act as advisers and sounding boards to the Senior Pastor, pray, pray and pray some more, and keep their finger on the pulse of the church.

We don't currently have any paid pastoral or admin staff.
