(3)Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was so given to me for you,.......(9) and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which was for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.

 

And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts in healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues..

The role of the Administration Ministry is to ensure that Brindabella Baptist Church operates as efficiently and effectively as possible within and across ministries and that the church meets all its obligations under the Incorporations Act. Operations includes both financial and non-financial matters and internal/external communications.

 

·               Act as the public official of the church

·               Oversee all facets of financial and non financial administrative matters of the church

·               Oversee internal and external communications through the church

·               Keep record of minutes and actions flowing from Ministry Leadership Meetings

·               Manage arrangements for whole of church meetings, annual general meetings and more informal issue forum discussions

·               Manage church formal correspondence

·               Co-ordinate the preparation and presentation of the church annual report

·               Manage and advise on constitutional and legal matters that arise within the church

·               In conjunction with the requirements of the senior pastor, supervise the church office management at Connexion
